How & when will my item ship?
All of our lamps are professionally packaged and shipped by the manufacturer via FEDEX GROUND within 7-15 business days from your order providing they are in stock. We always stay in touch with you about delivery times!

Can I order a pair of lamps?
Definitely! We will be happy to provide you with pairs, or more! Please email us any questions at all!

Are your products guaranteed?
All of our products are manufacturer guaranteed to be free from factory defect.

Do you accept returns?
We're sure you'll love our products, however if there is a concern please email within 5 days of receipt as we'd like to take steps to address it. Note size and colors carefully as returns are generally accepted only in cases of factory defect. We do include shipping insurance in your shipping fee should there be any damage during shipping. Original box and materials are always required. In all cases, Sellers authorization for return must be obtained. Return shipping may apply, and restocking fees could be applicable. Just ask us, we'll take care of you!

How are your lamps made?
All of our lamps are made in the USA and proudly hand crafted by our artisans. As handcrafted glazes and finishes are used, some slight variations from lot to lot may exist. We are more than happy to send finish samples if requested.

Are your prices discounted?
Definitely! We offer you up to 50% off of retail prices everyday!
